Cristy and Andrew’s perfect wedding day took place at the The Duportail House, a Chesterbrook historic farmhouse dating back to 1740. Staying carefully hidden from Andrew behind the Duportail’s rustic barn, Cristy had a sweet first look with her dad, and many, many wonderful giggles with her sister and bridesmaids, before we hid her away in the beautiful bridal suite in the main house. Cristy’s stunning halter t-strap dress and Gatsby inspired hair, reminded me of old hollywood glamour as she joined her dashing British groom on the front steps of the historic stone house surrounded by family, friends, and a perfect array of British wedding fascinators. We loved that Cristy couldn’t resist flashing her groom a little sexy back when she joined him for their wedding. After formals on the steps of the house, a perfectly timed stroll on the grounds through beautiful late afternoon golden hour and off to the tent for a reception for a party led by Titus Touch Music. The Sunflower Truck Stop provided an unending parade of plates of freshly cooked on-site deliciousness all evening, and a perfectly elegant black and white cake by Cakes and Candies by Maryellen rounded out the evening perfectly. Congratulations Cristy and Andrew! Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your absolutely perfect day.
