Andrew and Ben’s joyous wedding at the General Sutter Inn in Lititz Pa was an absolute joy to be a part of. The couple married surrounded by close family and good friends. It was an elegant evening filled with laughter, delicious food and dancing all night long.
First Look
First Look
Ben proposed to Andrew in Marseille, France while on a Disney Mediterranean cruise, which is just about the best thing ever! They opted not to do “prep shots”, so we met on the deck of the General Sutter Inn for a first look.
Side Note: I ADORE Indochino suits for the guys. Classic, tailored suits with monograms in beautiful fabrics. I swear I knew they were Indochino before I asked to see the lining!

Photo Walk
Founded in 1756, Liltitz was voted one of the “coolest small towns in America”. Lititz Spring Park was a perfect location for a photo walk with the couple. The two have such a natural ease with each other, their happiness is infectious. I’m obsessed with their groom portraits

Ceremony
BWR: What was your experience in planning the wedding?
Andrew and Ben: We kept our wedding planning process fairly simple. Our main focus was creating a beautiful ceremony with a fun reception to celebrate with family & friends.
BWR: Tell us about the venue and why you chose it.
Andrew and Ben: We chose the General Sutter Inn because Ben’s parents live in Lititz. When we visit them, we sometimes swing by the Bullshead Inn/General Sutter. When we found out they did weddings, we knew it was a sign, and we went with it.
BWR: What was your best memory/moment from your wedding day?
Andrew and Ben: Our best memory from the day has to be hands down all of our family & friends cheering for us as we walked down the aisle with our mothers.
(I’m going to have to agree with that one, I’ve never heard that kind of cheering for a processional ever!)

Night Portraits
BWR: What advice would you give to future couples about planning a wedding?
Andrew and Ben: Keep it simple, don’t overthink it. This is a celebration of your marriage with your family & friends. On the day of your wedding, it’s gonna be what it’s gonna be. Don’t freak out, just enjoy the day because it is going to fly by!!
BWR: What was it like working with your vendors?
Andrew and Ben: All of our vendors (DJ, photographers, florist, bakery, venue staff) were amazing!! They were all very helpful, courteous, and kind. You guys were the best photographers!! You made us feel comfortable throughout our day and we didn’t have to think about anything. You told us what to do, and when to do it. You both captured every single moment of the day beautifully!!!

These are gorgeous! I love the portraits near the train and the mother/son dance photos made my mama heart smile! Beautiful!
Okay. Those wedding ring shots and their first husband and husband dance?! SO on point. General Sutter Inn seems like the perfect choice, so quaint and personal after such a exciting proposal in France! Great work as always.
